Якщо після оплати щось пішло не так, ми повернемо кошти: напишіть нам протягом 14 днів від дати списання — і платіж буде повернено повністю. Це стосується як першої оплати підписки, так і платежів за автоматичне продовження.
Підписку можна скасувати будь-коли — в кабінеті або за посиланням у чеку від Paddle. Після скасування наступні списання не відбуватимуться, а доступ збережеться до кінця вже оплаченого періоду. Скасування не потребує пояснень і додаткових кроків.
Повернення виконує Paddle — Merchant of Record — на той самий спосіб оплати, яким здійснено покупку. Зазвичай кошти надходять протягом 5–10 робочих днів залежно від вашого банку.
Після повернення коштів підписка скасовується, а ліцензія деактивується. Застосунок можна буде знову перевести в платний режим, оформивши нову підписку.
Ми можемо відмовити в повторних поверненнях у разі очевидних зловживань (наприклад, регулярна схема «оплата — використання — повернення»).
Ця політика не обмежує ваших імперативних прав споживача, передбачених законодавством вашої країни (зокрема правил ЄС та Великої Британії щодо цифрового контенту). Питання податків, чеків та платіжних методів регулюються умовами Paddle.

You can fully try OneMount before buying: 14 days free, no credit card required. We recommend testing the application in your own environment — with your libraries and organization policies — before paying.
If something goes wrong after payment, we will refund you: contact us within 14 days of the charge date and the payment will be refunded in full. This applies both to the first subscription payment and to automatic renewal charges.
You can cancel your subscription at any time — in your account or via the link in your Paddle receipt. After cancellation there will be no further charges, and access remains until the end of the period already paid for. Cancellation requires no explanations or extra steps.
Refunds are processed by Paddle — the Merchant of Record — to the same payment method used for the purchase. Funds usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
After the refund, the subscription is cancelled and the license is deactivated. You can switch the application back to paid mode by purchasing a new subscription.
We may decline repeated refunds in cases of clear abuse (for example, a recurring "pay — use — refund" pattern).
This policy does not limit your mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country (including EU and UK rules on digital content). Taxes, receipts, and payment methods are governed by Paddle's terms.

Puede cancelar su suscripción en cualquier momento — en su cuenta o a través del enlace de su recibo de Paddle. Tras la cancelación no se realizarán más cargos y el acceso se mantendrá hasta el final del período ya pagado. La cancelación no requiere explicaciones ni pasos adicionales.
Los reembolsos los procesa Paddle — el Merchant of Record — al mismo método de pago utilizado para la compra. Los fondos suelen llegar en un plazo de 5–10 días hábiles, según su banco.
Tras el reembolso, la suscripción se cancela y la licencia se desactiva. Puede volver a cambiar la aplicación al modo de pago adquiriendo una nueva suscripción.
Podemos rechazar reembolsos repetidos en casos de abuso evidente (por ejemplo, un patrón recurrente de «pagar — usar — reembolsar»).
Esta política no limita sus derechos imperativos como consumidor previstos por la legislación de su país (incluidas las normas de la UE y del Reino Unido sobre contenido digital). Los impuestos, los recibos y los métodos de pago se rigen por los términos de Paddle.
