OneMount

SharePoint and OneDrive — as a network drive in Windows File Explorer

No sync, no local copies: files open straight from the cloud. Two minutes from install to working drives — zero configuration in your tenant.

Free 14-day trial · no credit card · no Azure registrations

Three steps — and the storage is in File Explorer

1

Install

One file, no admin rights.

2

Sign in to Microsoft

Your regular corporate sign-in; OneMount finds sites and libraries for you.

3

Work

Drives are already in File Explorer; the trial activated automatically.

No app registrations in your tenant — OneMount works in any Microsoft 365 organization.

Built for work,
not for syncing

No syncing

Files live in the cloud and open instantly. Zero disk space used, no hours-long initial download.

Terabyte-scale libraries

Stable with libraries of millions of files — right where classic sync gives up.

Office without conflicts

Word and Excel open directly as cloud documents: co-authoring and AutoSave work, no "conflicted copies".

Link fixing

A built-in tool keeps libraries tidy: it finds problematic paths and links and fixes them in a couple of clicks.

Drives that stay put

Reboot, sleep, password change — OneMount restores the connections by itself. The drives are simply there.

Fluent interface

A modern Windows 11 app: light and dark themes, interface in English, Ukrainian and Spanish.

What other drive tools can't do

One file — the whole team. At once.

An Excel file opened from a OneMount drive is the same cloud document in SharePoint, not a local copy. So everything your team is used to in Microsoft 365 just works:

  • Live co-authoring Colleagues work in the same file — you see who is in which cell, and changes appear instantly.
  • AutoSave and version history Every change automatically becomes a version in SharePoint — any state of the document can be restored.
  • No locks, no duplicates Typical drive clients either lock the file for a single person or breed conflicted copies. OneMount doesn't.

Word · Excel · PowerPoint — in SharePoint Online and OneDrive libraries.

OneMount storage picker window: sites, Teams, OneDrive and shared folders

Everything you have access to — in one list

No need to know any URLs. OneMount discovers the storages of your Microsoft 365 account by itself: SharePoint sites, Teams libraries, personal OneDrive and folders shared by colleagues.

Pick one from the list — and a moment later it's a network drive in File Explorer.
