1. Коротко

Покупки OneMount обробляє Paddle — наш авторизований реселер і Merchant of Record (офіційний продавець). Юридично ви купуєте у Paddle: саме Paddle приймає платіж, нараховує та сплачує податки, виставляє рахунок і виконує повернення коштів. У банківській виписці платіж виглядає як PADDLE.NET* SKYLFLOW.

Так працюють тисячі міжнародних SaaS-продуктів: модель Merchant of Record знімає з покупця питання транскордонних податків — ви отримуєте один коректний документ і одну суму.

2. Хто розробник

Продукт OneMount розробляє та підтримує ФОП Мохненко Віталій Вікторович (бренд SkylFlow · Custom Software & IT Solutions), Україна. Розробник надає ліцензію та технічну підтримку (support@onemount.app); розрахунки з покупцями веде Paddle як Merchant of Record.

3. Способи оплати

Карткою або гаманцем (Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay та інші) — миттєво, у кабінеті. Підписка продовжується автоматично, скасувати можна будь-коли.
За рахунком (інвойсом) — для компаній: банківський переказ за реквізитами з PDF-рахунка, строк оплати 14 днів. Ліцензія активується автоматично після надходження коштів.

Усі документи — рахунки та квитанції з PDF — доступні в кабінеті в розділі «Платежі».

4. Рахунки для компаній (B2B)

У кабінеті натисніть «Отримати рахунок», вкажіть реквізити компанії — і Paddle сформує офіційний інвойс (номер, реквізити для переказу, податкові дані) та надішле PDF на вказану пошту. Інвойс Paddle — повноцінний розрахунковий документ міжнародного зразка.

Для компаній з ЄС із чинним VAT ID застосовується reverse charge — рахунок виставляється без VAT, податок нараховує покупець за правилами своєї країни.

5. Українським компаніям

Українські юрособи та ФОП отримують інвойс Paddle так само з кабінету — Україна підтримується. Практичні деталі:

рахунок виставляється англійською в доларах США; оплата — валютним переказом з рахунку компанії;
якщо компанія — платник ПДВ, вкажіть у формі ІПН (12 цифр): рахунок буде без VAT, а ПДВ нараховує покупець самостійно (ст. 208 ПКУ);
інвойс Paddle разом із банківською випискою зазвичай використовують як підтвердні (первинні) документи — так само, як для підписок Microsoft 365, Google Workspace та інших міжнародних сервісів; окремий паперовий договір для цього не обов'язковий, за потреби бухгалтерія робить внутрішній переклад;
акт виконаних робіт у цій моделі не оформлюється — його роль виконують інвойс і факт надання доступу до сервісу.

6. Податки

Paddle автоматично нараховує та сплачує ПДВ/VAT/GST або податок з продажів за правилами країни покупця. Точну суму з податком ви бачите перед підтвердженням оплати, а в рахунку для бізнесу податковий рядок відображається окремо (або застосовується reverse charge).

7. Повернення коштів

Діє 14-денна гарантія повернення. Деталі та порядок — у Політиці повернення. Повернення виконує Paddle на той самий спосіб оплати.

OneMount purchases are processed by Paddle — our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Legally you buy from Paddle: Paddle takes the payment, calculates and remits taxes, issues the invoice, and handles refunds. On your bank statement the charge appears as PADDLE.NET* SKYLFLOW.

Thousands of international SaaS products work this way: the Merchant of Record model takes cross-border tax questions off the buyer — you get one correct document and one amount.

2. Who develops the product

OneMount is developed and supported by PE Vitalii Mokhnenko (SkylFlow · Custom Software & IT Solutions brand), Ukraine. The developer provides the license and technical support (support@onemount.app); customer billing is handled by Paddle as the Merchant of Record.

3. Payment methods

Card or wallet (Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and others) — instant, in your account. The subscription renews automatically and can be cancelled at any time.
By invoice — for companies: bank transfer using the details from the PDF invoice, payment term 14 days. The license activates automatically once funds arrive.

All documents — invoices and receipts with PDFs — are available in the account under “Billing”.

4. Invoices for companies (B2B)

In the account, click “Get an invoice” and enter your company details — Paddle generates an official invoice (number, transfer details, tax data) and emails the PDF. A Paddle invoice is a full international billing document.

For EU companies with a valid VAT ID, reverse charge applies — the invoice is issued without VAT and the buyer self-assesses the tax under local rules.

5. For Ukrainian companies

Ukrainian legal entities and sole proprietors receive Paddle invoices from the account the same way — Ukraine is supported. Practical notes:

the invoice is issued in English, in USD; payment is an international bank transfer from the company account;
if the company is a VAT payer, enter the 12-digit VAT number (IPN) in the form: the invoice is issued without VAT and the buyer self-assesses it (Art. 208 of the Tax Code of Ukraine);
the Paddle invoice together with the bank statement is commonly used as supporting (primary) documents — the same as for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and other international subscriptions; a separate paper contract is not required, and accounting can make an internal translation if needed;
no “act of completed works” is issued in this model — the invoice and the fact of service access serve that role.

6. Taxes

Paddle automatically calculates and remits VAT/GST or sales tax under the rules of the buyer's country. You see the exact amount with tax before confirming the payment, and on business invoices the tax line is shown separately (or reverse charge applies).

7. Refunds

A 14-day money-back guarantee applies. Details and the procedure are in the Refund Policy. Refunds are processed by Paddle to the same payment method.

Así funcionan miles de productos SaaS internacionales: el modelo de Merchant of Record libera al comprador de las cuestiones fiscales transfronterizas: usted recibe un único documento correcto y un único importe.

2. Quién desarrolla el producto

OneMount es desarrollado y mantenido por PE Vitalii Mokhnenko (marca SkylFlow · Custom Software & IT Solutions), Ucrania. El desarrollador proporciona la licencia y el soporte técnico (support@onemount.app); la facturación a los clientes la gestiona Paddle como Merchant of Record.

3. Formas de pago

Con tarjeta o monedero (Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay y otros): de forma instantánea, en su cuenta. La suscripción se renueva automáticamente y puede cancelarse en cualquier momento.
Mediante factura (para empresas): transferencia bancaria con los datos de la factura en PDF, con un plazo de pago de 14 días. La licencia se activa automáticamente una vez recibidos los fondos.

Todos los documentos —facturas y recibos en PDF— están disponibles en la cuenta, en la sección «Facturación».

4. Facturas para empresas (B2B)

En la cuenta, haga clic en «Obtener una factura» e introduzca los datos de su empresa: Paddle generará una factura oficial (número, datos para la transferencia, información fiscal) y enviará el PDF por correo electrónico. Una factura de Paddle es un documento de facturación internacional completo.

Para las empresas de la UE con un número de IVA (VAT ID) válido se aplica la inversión del sujeto pasivo (reverse charge): la factura se emite sin IVA y el comprador autoliquida el impuesto conforme a las normas de su país.

5. Para empresas ucranianas

Las personas jurídicas y los empresarios individuales ucranianos reciben las facturas de Paddle desde la cuenta del mismo modo: Ucrania está admitida. Notas prácticas:

la factura se emite en inglés y en dólares estadounidenses (USD); el pago se realiza mediante transferencia bancaria internacional desde la cuenta de la empresa;
si la empresa es sujeto pasivo del IVA, indique en el formulario el número de IVA de 12 dígitos (IPN): la factura se emite sin IVA y el comprador lo autoliquida (art. 208 del Código Tributario de Ucrania);
la factura de Paddle, junto con el extracto bancario, se utiliza habitualmente como documentos justificativos (primarios), al igual que para Microsoft 365, Google Workspace y otras suscripciones internacionales; no se exige un contrato en papel independiente y, si es necesario, el departamento de contabilidad puede realizar una traducción interna;
en este modelo no se expide un «acta de trabajos realizados»: esa función la cumplen la factura y el propio acceso al servicio.

6. Impuestos

Paddle calcula y remite automáticamente el IVA/GST o el impuesto sobre las ventas conforme a las normas del país del comprador. Usted ve el importe exacto con impuestos antes de confirmar el pago y, en las facturas para empresas, la línea del impuesto se muestra por separado (o se aplica la inversión del sujeto pasivo).

7. Reembolsos

Se aplica una garantía de devolución del dinero de 14 días. Los detalles y el procedimiento figuran en la Política de reembolsos. Los reembolsos los procesa Paddle al mismo método de pago.
