OneMount — застосунок для Windows, який підключає бібліотеки документів SharePoint Online та OneDrive як мережеві диски у Провіднику. Розробник і надавач застосунку — фізична особа-підприємець Мохненко Віталій Вікторович (Україна), що діє під торговою назвою SkylFlow · Custom Software & IT Solutions (далі — «SkylFlow», «ми»). Встановлюючи або використовуючи OneMount, ви погоджуєтеся з цими Умовами. Якщо ви користуєтеся застосунком від імені організації, ви підтверджуєте, що маєте повноваження прийняти Умови за неї; у такому разі «ви» означає організацію. Якщо ви не згодні з Умовами — не встановлюйте і не використовуйте застосунок.
На період дії оплаченої підписки або пробного періоду ми надаємо вам обмежену, невиключну, відкличну ліцензію без права передачі на встановлення та використання OneMount. Ліцензія надається на користувача: один оплачений користувач може використовувати застосунок на щонайбільше трьох своїх пристроях.

Платні підписки продаються через Paddle.com, який діє як Merchant of Record (юридичний продавець): Paddle обробляє платежі, розраховує податки та видає чеки й інвойси. До купівлі додатково застосовуються умови покупця Paddle.
Актуальні ціни опубліковані на сторінці «Тарифи». Базова валюта — долар США; остаточну суму у вашій валюті разом із податками Paddle показує до підтвердження оплати. Підписка продовжується автоматично на наступний період (місяць або рік). Скасувати продовження можна будь-коли до дати списання — доступ збережеться до кінця вже оплаченого періоду. Повернення коштів здійснюється згідно з Політикою повернення.
Новим користувачам надається безкоштовний пробний період тривалістю 14 днів. Він активується автоматично після першого входу; банківська картка не потрібна. Після завершення пробного періоду для подальшої роботи потрібна підписка. Ми можемо змінювати умови пробного періоду для нових користувачів.
OneMount працює з вашим обліковим записом Microsoft і сховищами, до яких ви маєте доступ. Ви відповідаєте за дотримання правил і політик вашої організації (тенанта). Вміст файлів передається напряму між вашим пристроєм і серверами Microsoft — він не проходить через сервери SkylFlow, і ми не маємо доступу до нього.
OneMount — незалежний продукт. Ми не афілійовані з Microsoft; доступність і робота сервісів Microsoft перебувають поза нашим контролем.
Застосунок може автоматично перевіряти, завантажувати та встановлювати оновлення. Ми можемо додавати, змінювати або прибирати окремі функції. Адміністратори організацій можуть централізовано керувати параметрами застосунку через групові політики.
Застосунок OneMount, його код, дизайн, логотипи та матеріали цього сайту належать SkylFlow або відповідним ліцензіарам і захищені законодавством про інтелектуальну власність. Microsoft, Windows, SharePoint, OneDrive є торговельними марками відповідних власників; згадування не означає спонсорства чи схвалення з їхнього боку.
Застосунок надається «як є» та «як доступно». У межах, дозволених законом, ми не надаємо жодних гарантій безперервної чи безпомилкової роботи, зокрема з огляду на залежність від сервісів Microsoft, стану мережі та налаштувань вашого середовища. Подбайте про резервні копії важливих даних.
У межах, дозволених законом, SkylFlow не відповідає за непрямі, випадкові чи наслідкові збитки (втрату прибутку, даних, ділової репутації, простої). Сукупна відповідальність SkylFlow за всіма вимогами, пов'язаними із застосунком, обмежується сумою, сплаченою вами за підписку протягом 12 місяців до події, що спричинила вимогу.
Ніщо в цих Умовах не обмежує відповідальність, яку заборонено обмежувати законом, і не звужує ваших імперативних прав споживача.
Ви можете припинити користування будь-коли: скасуйте підписку та видаліть застосунок. Ми можемо призупинити чи припинити вашу ліцензію в разі істотного порушення цих Умов, зокрема спроб обходу ліцензування. Положення, які за своєю суттю мають діяти після припинення, зберігають чинність.
Ми можемо періодично оновлювати ці Умови. Нова редакція публікується на цій сторінці із зазначенням дати оновлення; про суттєві зміни ми повідомимо на сайті або електронною поштою. Продовження користування застосунком після набрання чинності новою редакцією означає згоду з нею.
Ці Умови регулюються правом України. Спори вирішуються компетентними судами України, якщо імперативні норми права країни вашого проживання не передбачають іншого. Купівлі, здійснені через Paddle, додатково регулюються умовами Paddle.

OneMount is a Windows application that mounts SharePoint Online and OneDrive document libraries as network drives in File Explorer. The application is developed and provided by the sole proprietor Vitalii Mokhnenko (Ukraine), trading as SkylFlow · Custom Software & IT Solutions ("SkylFlow", "we", "us"). Contact: support@onemount.app.
By installing or using OneMount you agree to these Terms. If you use the application on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it; in that case "you" refers to the organization. If you do not agree, do not install or use the application.
For the duration of a paid subscription or free trial we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use OneMount. The license is granted per user: one paid user may use the application on up to three of their devices.
You may not:
Paid subscriptions are sold via Paddle.com, acting as Merchant of Record (the legal seller): Paddle processes payments, calculates taxes, and issues receipts and invoices. Purchases are additionally governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.
Current prices are published on the Pricing page. The base currency is USD; Paddle shows the final amount in your currency, including taxes, before you confirm payment. Subscriptions renew automatically for the next period (month or year). You can cancel renewal at any time before the billing date — access remains until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
New users receive a free 14-day trial. It activates automatically after the first sign-in; no credit card is required. When the trial ends, a subscription is required to continue using the application. We may change trial conditions for new users.
OneMount works with your Microsoft account and the storage locations you have access to. You are responsible for complying with the rules and policies of your organization (tenant). File contents are transferred directly between your device and Microsoft servers — they do not pass through SkylFlow servers, and we have no access to them.
OneMount is an independent product. We are not affiliated with Microsoft; the availability and operation of Microsoft services are outside of our control.
The application may automatically check for, download, and install updates. We may add, change, or remove individual features. Organization administrators can centrally manage application settings via group policies.
The OneMount application, its code, design, logos, and the materials of this website belong to SkylFlow or the respective licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Microsoft, Windows, SharePoint, and OneDrive are trademarks of their respective owners; their mention does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
The application is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, in particular given the dependence on Microsoft services, network conditions, and the configuration of your environment. Please keep backups of important data.
To the extent permitted by law, SkylFlow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (loss of profit, data, goodwill, downtime). SkylFlow's aggregate liability for all claims related to the application is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, nor does it restrict your mandatory consumer rights.
You may stop using the application at any time: cancel the subscription and uninstall the application. We may suspend or terminate your license in case of a material breach of these Terms, including attempts to bypass licensing. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version is published on this page with the date of the update; we will announce material changes on the website or by email. Continued use of the application after the new version takes effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of Ukraine, unless the mandatory rules of your country of residence provide otherwise. Purchases made via Paddle are additionally governed by Paddle's terms.

La aplicación es desarrollada y proporcionada por el empresario individual Vitalii Mokhnenko (Ucrania), que opera bajo la denominación comercial SkylFlow · Custom Software & IT Solutions («SkylFlow», «nosotros»). Al instalar o utilizar OneMount, usted acepta estas Condiciones. Si utiliza la aplicación en nombre de una organización, usted confirma que está autorizado para aceptar estas Condiciones en su nombre; en tal caso, «usted» se refiere a la organización. Si no está de acuerdo, no instale ni utilice la aplicación.
Durante la vigencia de una suscripción de pago o de un período de prueba gratuito, le concedemos una licencia limitada, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para instalar y utilizar OneMount. La licencia se concede por usuario: un usuario de pago puede utilizar la aplicación en un máximo de tres de sus dispositivos.

Las suscripciones de pago se venden a través de Paddle.com, que actúa como Merchant of Record (el vendedor legal): Paddle procesa los pagos, calcula los impuestos y emite recibos y facturas. Las compras se rigen además por las Condiciones del comprador de Paddle.
Los precios vigentes se publican en la página Precios. La moneda base es el dólar estadounidense; Paddle muestra el importe final en su moneda, impuestos incluidos, antes de que confirme el pago. Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente por el siguiente período (mes o año). Puede cancelar la renovación en cualquier momento antes de la fecha de cobro: el acceso se mantiene hasta el final del período ya abonado. Los reembolsos se gestionan de acuerdo con nuestra Política de reembolsos.
Los nuevos usuarios reciben un período de prueba gratuito de 14 días. Se activa automáticamente tras el primer inicio de sesión; no se requiere tarjeta de crédito. Cuando finaliza el período de prueba, se requiere una suscripción para seguir utilizando la aplicación. Podemos modificar las condiciones del período de prueba para los nuevos usuarios.
OneMount funciona con su cuenta de Microsoft y con las ubicaciones de almacenamiento a las que usted tiene acceso. Usted es responsable de cumplir las normas y políticas de su organización (inquilino). El contenido de los archivos se transfiere directamente entre su dispositivo y los servidores de Microsoft: no pasa por los servidores de SkylFlow y no tenemos acceso a él.
OneMount es un producto independiente. No estamos afiliados a Microsoft; la disponibilidad y el funcionamiento de los servicios de Microsoft están fuera de nuestro control.
La aplicación puede comprobar, descargar e instalar actualizaciones de forma automática. Podemos añadir, modificar o eliminar funciones concretas. Los administradores de las organizaciones pueden gestionar de forma centralizada la configuración de la aplicación mediante directivas de grupo.
La aplicación OneMount, su código, diseño, logotipos y los materiales de este sitio web pertenecen a SkylFlow o a los licenciantes correspondientes y están protegidos por las leyes de propiedad intelectual. Microsoft, Windows, SharePoint y OneDrive son marcas comerciales de sus respectivos propietarios; su mención no implica patrocinio ni respaldo.
La aplicación se proporciona «tal cual» y «según disponibilidad». En la medida permitida por la ley, no ofrecemos ninguna garantía de funcionamiento ininterrumpido o libre de errores, en particular dada la dependencia de los servicios de Microsoft, las condiciones de la red y la configuración de su entorno. Conserve copias de seguridad de los datos importantes.
En la medida permitida por la ley, SkylFlow no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes (pérdida de beneficios, datos, reputación comercial o tiempo de inactividad). La responsabilidad total de SkylFlow por todas las reclamaciones relacionadas con la aplicación se limita al importe que usted haya pagado por la suscripción durante los 12 meses anteriores al hecho que dio origen a la reclamación.
Nada en estas Condiciones limita la responsabilidad que no pueda limitarse por ley, ni restringe sus derechos imperativos como consumidor.
Puede dejar de utilizar la aplicación en cualquier momento: cancele la suscripción y desinstale la aplicación. Podemos suspender o rescindir su licencia en caso de incumplimiento sustancial de estas Condiciones, incluidos los intentos de eludir el sistema de licencias. Las disposiciones que, por su naturaleza, deban subsistir tras la terminación permanecerán en vigor.
Podemos actualizar estas Condiciones periódicamente. La nueva versión se publica en esta página con la fecha de la actualización; anunciaremos los cambios sustanciales en el sitio web o por correo electrónico. El uso continuado de la aplicación después de que la nueva versión entre en vigor constituye su aceptación.
Estas Condiciones se rigen por la legislación de Ucrania. Las controversias se resolverán ante los tribunales competentes de Ucrania, salvo que las normas imperativas de su país de residencia dispongan lo contrario. Las compras realizadas a través de Paddle se rigen además por las condiciones de Paddle.
